What is a home inspection?
A home inspection is a complete evaluation of the physical structure and inner workings of a house. A home inspector will come to the house and check the quality of the home’s heating system; air conditioning; indoor plumbing and electrical wiring; the roof, attic, and all visible insulation; walls, ceilings, floors, windows, and doors; and foundation and other structural components. Some of the main home inspection associations include the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI), the National Association of Home Inspectors (NAHI), and International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI).

Why do home buyers need a home inspection?
Buying a home is a major investment and why not make sure you are getting exactly the quality you what you want in a home. You will not want to discover any unpleasant surprises a few months down the road and have to spend extra money in repairs or replacement.
