Below are market statistics for Johns Creek, Georgia (area codes 30022 and 30097) for May 2011 and June 2011. Tthe spring market saw an upswing – in number of sales and in average sales price, as evidenced below. As we mentioned in our March/April Market Update, we were hoping for strong numbers again in May and June, and we got them. As we move into Back-to-School, expect a slight dip in total sales as families settle in to start the school year, but let’s hope for consistent lower days on market and higher average sale price, showing a strengthening in our Johns Creek market!
