Below are market statistics for Johns Creek, Georgia (area codes 30022 and 30097) for March 2011 and April 2011. As we predicted in March, with our last Johns Creek market update, the spring market saw an upswing – in number of sales, though not in average sales price. The greater number of average days on the market shows us that homes that had been sitting on the market were finally moving, most likely due to a lowered list price. We’re hoping for strong numbers again in May and June, rounding out our Spring market!
